About us

Who We Are

Rebuild Family Services Manager holds a Bachelor of Social Work and Certificate IV in Mental Health, with over 10 years’ experience in the social and welfare sector. She began as a Youth Support Worker in out-of-home care and court settings, later working across supervised contact, women’s refuges, homelessness, and mental health, before moving into case management supporting women, young people, and families involved with Youth Justice and Correctional services, prior to establishing Rebuild Family Services.
Rebuild Family Services is a Melbourne Based Child Contact Service; we provide professional supervised child contact service, Changeover and Video Calls for families experiencing separation or conflict.

Safe, Neutral & Child-Focused Family Contact Services

At Rebuild Family Services, we provide safe, structured and child-focused family contact services designed to support positive relationships between children and their parents or family members. Our services include Supervised Visits, Supervised Changeovers and Supervised Video Calls, all delivered with professionalism, neutrality and care. We aim to create a calm and supportive environment where families can maintain meaningful connections while prioritising the safety, wellbeing and best interests of every child.

Supervised Visits

Our supervised visits provide a safe and structured environment where children can spend quality time with their parent or family member. Visits are professionally supervised to ensure interactions remain respectful, supportive and focused on the children’s wellbeing.

Supervised Changeovers

Our supervised changeover service helps facilitate calm and conflict-free changeovers between parents. We manage the transition process in a neutral setting, reducing stress for families and ensuring children move comfortably between households.

Supervised Video Call

When in-person visits are not possible, we provide supervised video calls to help maintain important family connections. These sessions are conducted in a safe and supportive online environment, ensuring positive and meaningful interaction between the children and their parent or family member.
