Our services may be arranged by parents, legal guardians, family members, legal representatives, or through court orders.
3. Is your service neutral?
Yes. We remain completely neutral and focus solely on the safety and wellbeing of the child. Our role is not to take sides but to provide a secure and supportive environment.
4. Are visits confidential?
Yes. We respect the privacy of all families. Information is handled confidentially, except where reporting is required by law or court order.
5. How long are supervised visits?
The duration of visits depends on the family’s agreement or court order. We offer flexible scheduling based on individual needs.
6. How do I book a service?
You can contact us through our website contact form, phone, or email to discuss your needs and schedule an appointment.
7. What is your main priority?
Our main priority is the safety, emotional wellbeing, and best interests of the child at all times.
8. What happens during a supervised visit?
During a supervised visit, a trained supervisor remains present to ensure the interaction is safe, respectful, and child-focused. The supervisor may observe, document, and ensure all agreed guidelines are followed.
9. Will visit reports be provided?
Yes, our services come with comprehensive report. Report will be provided to both parents within 72 hours of the service provision.

10. Are your staff trained professionals?
Yes. Our team is made up of qualified Social Workers, Youth workers, Community Service workers and other dedicated professionals. Our team are trained in child safety, conflict management, and professional supervision practices.
