- Rebuild may charge for witness expenses if staff are required to give evidence
- Rebuild Family Services may apply Travel expenses in some circumstances this will be determined during booking.
If you have more than three children, depending on their ages, another supervisor may be required at an additional cost.
Over the Phone Intake Interview
A confidential initial intake conversation conducted individually with each parent. This discussion helps our team understand the family situation, identify any safety considerations, and determine the most appropriate service arrangements before supervised sessions begin.

Includes:
- 30–45 minute confidential phone consultation
- Review of parenting arrangements and family circumstances
- Identification of safety considerations before services commence
Child Familiarisation Session
This introductory session is designed to help the child feel comfortable before their first supervised contact. The child is introduced to the supervisor and given the opportunity to understand how visits will work in a calm and supportive environment.
- Weekday – $220
- Weekend – $280
Includes:
- 1-hour familiarisation session at the child’s home
- Opportunity for the child to meet the supervisor
- Comprehensive report provided after the session
Home Safety Check
A home safety assessment conducted to ensure the environment is appropriate for supervised visits. This review helps confirm that the location meets safety and suitability standards for both the child and the supervisor.

- Weekend – $240
Includes:
- Full safety review of the residence
- Identification of potential hazards
- Confirmation that the location is suitable for supervised contact
Meet & Greet Session
A short introductory meeting held prior to the first supervised visit. This brief session helps the child become familiar with the supervisor and feel more comfortable before contact begins.

- Weekend – $80
Includes:
- 30-minute introductory session
- Conducted prior to the scheduled visit or changeover
- Helps the child feel relaxed before supervised contact
3 Hour Supervised Contact Visit Package
This package includes a three-hour supervised visit supported by a detailed observation report. Our trained and impartial supervisors ensure visits take place in a safe and child-focused environment where positive interactions can occur.

- Sunday – $480
- Public Holiday – $630
Includes:
- 3-hour supervised contact session
- Professional supervision throughout the visit
- Comprehensive report provided within 72 hours of the visit
Additional Hours
Flexible scheduling allows families to extend the duration of supervised visits when additional time is required.

- Saturday – $120 / hr
- Sunday – $140 / hr
- Public Holiday – $180 / hr
Includes:
- 1-hour familiarisation session at the child’s home
- Opportunity for the child to meet the supervisor

Travel during visits is charged at $1 per kilometre.
If the supervisor is required to travel more than 30 minutes to reach the location, an additional travel allowance may apply.
Supervised Changeovers Package
This package includes both the arrival and return changeover, along with brief documentation. The service supports safe transitions between parents in a neutral and structured environment.

Includes:
- Up to 2 supervised changeovers per day
- Brief changeover reports
- Reports delivered within 72 hours
Online Supervised Contact
This service provides a professionally supervised video call that allows children to maintain contact with a parent or family member when in-person visits are not possible.

- Professional monitoring throughout the call
